Steven Brimmer - Chairman
Mr. Brimmer has been a global adventurer, explorer, businessman and innovator for over 35 years. He has a diverse professional and personal background including holding numerous executive level positions in both the entertainment and technology sectors, as well as having been fortunate to drive race cars professionally and lead seven alpine mountain expeditions around the globe.

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University in 1971
• Managed technical operations at Lion’s Gate Films, the Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers and Meridian Studios
  
• Shared an Academy Award with 3M Corporation for Technical Achievement in 1985 for developing a new 35mm recording film that was the foundation for THX, Dolby 5.1 and other formats in use today
  
• Led the first American ascent of Annapurna IV (24,688’) up an untried route on the north face in 1987 (a feat which has not been repeated since)
• Co-founded SunCore Corporation in 2004

Drawing from this broad spectrum of experience, Mr. Brimmer utilizes his unique and seasoned perspective for refining SunCore and increasing its value while protecting the interests of its investors.

Dr. Arthur Kozak
Working for more than 30 years for IBM, Dr. Kozak gained wide experience in many fields encompassing technology, services, software and financing. He began his career in System Engineering but quickly moved into other departments holding various senior executive positions in IBM EMEA.

• PhD in Mathematics in 1969
  
• Appointed Country General Manager of IBM Austria in 1994
  
• Served as VP of Software for IBM EMEA in Europe
  
• Appointed General Manager of Global Financing IBM EMEA, responsible for over $10 billion in assets and tripling profits during his tenure while maintaining an appropriate risk profile
• Retired in 2003 to focus on private investments

Dr. Kozak’s valuable skills of strategic thinking, operational execution and business acumen combined with his expansive multi-country and global experiences well-qualify him to assist in the successful guidance and development of SunCore.

Alan Landau
As an entrepreneur, businessman and marketing/communications expert with over twenty-five years of experience in various aspects and mediums of the advertising field, Mr. Landau has been successfully involved with multiple national and international production and advertising companies servicing the entertainment industry, as well as numerous major corporations.

• Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Occidental College

• Producer of numerous national and international commercials for various leading companies, including involvement in IBM’s Charlie Chaplin ad campaign introducing the world’s first PC
  
• Founder and co-founder of several advertising and production companies including Cognito Films, Hagmann-Landau Films and LA.B Film and Content, LLC, each producing >14.5 million of revenue annually
  
• International executive and marketing expert with global contacts and proven business development prowess

Mr. Landau brings a plethora of marketing/communications skills and business savvy to SunCore as Chief Marketing Officer. His business acumen, innovative approach to deal structuring and extensive experience negotiating and closing deals with major corporations bring strength, enthusiasm and tremendous opportunity to SunCore and its investors.
